The machine is a vertical down-adjusting three-roll rapid sheet winding machine, which is a general equipment specially used for sheet metal bending forming. It can finish the rolling of arc-shaped or circular cylinder-shaped workpiece by one or more rolling to reduce the length of the remaining straight edge. The lower roller lifting movement and upper roller main drive are controlled by electricity. Its products are widely used in boilers, petroleum, chemical, hydroelectric and mechanical manufacturing industries.
2. product structure overview
It is mainly composed of reverse part, upper roller part, lower roller part, rack body part, main transmission part, push material part, roller table part, pneumatic sucker part, hydraulic part, electrical system.
The working part is mainly composed of upper and lower work rolls, left and right frame and base. The two lower rolls are symmetrically arranged relative to the upper roll. The two ends of the lower roll are respectively assembled on the left and right frame. The upper roll is the main driving roll. When rolling sheet metal, the main motor drives the upper roll to move forward and backward through the reducer, thus constituting the machine. The main drive system of the device is driven by an oil cylinder. In order to quickly remove the workpiece after the end of the cylinder rolling, a hydraulic overturning bearing body is arranged at the left end of the upper roller and the workpiece is turned open by the cylinder. The oil cylinder quickly releases the workpiece, and the upper end of the upper roller is equipped with a compressing device to balance the gravity when the upper roll is suspended.
This type of three-roll sheet winding machine is more accurate because the center distance between the two lower rolls is fixed, and the upper roll is always symmetrical, and the diameter of the upper roll is close to the diameter of the rolled drum. The remaining straight edges at both ends of the steel plate are small. If the machine is rolled on many times, the length of the remaining straight edges can be reduced. The machine is simple in structure and quick in winding is its main advantage.
